Lena began teaching for The Swedish Teacher in November 2020. Originally from Göteborg, she currently lives in Athens, Greece.
Lena is not only a native Swedish speaker but also fluent in Danish, English, and Greek. With many years of experience in teaching Swedish and Danish as foreign languages to adults, Lena has been offering personalized one-on-one lessons since 2010. Additionally, she shares her expertise at Siountri School of Languages and at the National and Kapodistrian University in Athens. Lena has also worked as a translator and as a teacher of Modern Greek grammar and literature at The Norwegian Institute in Athens.
Lena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Swedish as a Second Language as well as Swedish and Danish from Stockholm University and Linnaeus University. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Greek Studies and English and a Ph.D. in Modern Greek Studies. Lena obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Swedish as a Second Language, Swedish, and Danish at Stockholm University and Linnaeus University. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Greek Studies and English, as well as a Ph.D. degree in Modern Greek Studies.
