Our group Swedish lessons combine professional teaching with interactive learning, giving you the opportunity to practise Swedish with others while receiving personal guidance and feedback.

Who are the group lessons for?

Our group Swedish lessons are suitable for adults and teenagers at all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced learners. Some participants join as part of an existing group of friends, colleagues or family members, while others register their interest and are placed in one of our small groups. Students learn Swedish for many different reasons, including work, studies, relocation, family life, citizenship goals and personal interest.

How do the group lessons work?

Group lessons are taught online in small groups of up to six participants. Lessons are adapted to the group’s language level and goals and may include conversation practice, grammar, pronunciation, reading, writing and interactive exercises. The small group format gives everyone the opportunity to participate actively, ask questions and receive feedback from the teacher.

Where do the lessons take place?

All lessons take place online, making it possible to learn Swedish wherever you are in the world. You can join from home, your office, while travelling or anywhere with a stable internet connection.

What language are the lessons held in?

Depending on the group’s level, lessons may be held in Swedish, English or a combination of both. As participants become more confident, the amount of Swedish used in class gradually increases.

How often do the groups meet?

The schedule varies depending on the course and the participants. Most groups meet once or twice per week, allowing learners to make steady progress while fitting lessons around work, studies and other commitments.
