Skatteverket (Swedish tax authority)
Skatteverket does not only take care of taxes being paid; its other main function is the population register. When you have received your residence permit and moved to Sweden, you should as soon as possible visit Skatteverket to get your “personnummer” (personal identity number), which you will need to open a bank account, visit the doctor, etc.
